1. Operator

The Service is operated by Esdi Soft, trading as PatternCrafts, based in Turkey.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PatternCrafts ("the Service") at patterncrafts.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

PatternCrafts is a digital platform that converts user-uploaded images into craft pattern PDFs for personal use, including latch hook, cross stitch, C2C crochet, tapestry crochet, graphghan, and intarsia knitting patterns.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. Pattern generation is free and unlimited for registered users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Free Downloads and Paid Downloads

Every new account receives 100 welcome credits — enough for 1 free PDF download. Additional PDF downloads require purchasing credits. Each download costs 100 credits. Credit packs start at $34.99 for 5 PDFs. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. Credits never expire.

6. User-Uploaded Content

By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploaded content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. PatternCrafts does not claim ownership of your uploaded images.

7. Intellectual Property

The generated pattern PDFs are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the generated patterns without explicit written permission from PatternCrafts.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload copyrighted images without authorization; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any security measures; (d) use automated scripts to access the Service; (e) upload harmful or malicious content.

9. Payment and Billing

Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record for paid purchases. When you buy a credit pack, you purchase from Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. These Terms of Service are the Supplier Agreement between you and Esdi Soft (PatternCrafts) for use of the Product. All prices are in USD. There are no subscriptions. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PatternCrafts does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated patterns will be suitable for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

PatternCrafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
